lll777 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player into their lll777 account in Philippine Peso (PHP) for the purpose of wagering.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a Player's account by lll777 under specific promotional terms, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and age verification process lll777 may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or granting full account access.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to online gaming and data privacy in the Philippines, including but not limited to PAGCOR-administered regulations and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

By creating a lll777 account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on lll777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published by lll777, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account on or use the lll777 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active lll777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling participation in the Philippines. lll777 strictly enforces this requirement and will verify player age upon request.

• You must be registering on your own behalf as an individual person — corporate accounts and third-party registrations are not permitted.

Each individual may register only one (1) lll777 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created under different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment instruments — constitute a material breach of these Terms. lll777 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lll777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

lll777 recommends that all Players use a strong, unique password for their account and enable any available two-factor authentication features. If you suspect that your lll777 account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify the lll777 Support team immediately via the Support page.

• lll777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• All bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account while your credentials remain active are considered to have been made by you.
• lll777 reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if suspicious activity is detected, pending security verification.

All deposits and financial transactions on the lll777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). lll777 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits:

• GCash — instant deposit crediting, minimum ₱100
• PayMaya — instant deposit crediting, minimum ₱100
• BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers — credited within 1–3 business hours, minimum ₱500

Deposit limits may apply based on your account verification status, payment method limits, and any responsible gaming deposit limits you have self-imposed. lll777 does not charge additional fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independent of lll777.

lll777 only accepts deposits from payment instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to someone other than the registered Player — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by lll777 Support.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ₱200 for e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya); ₱500 for bank transfers.
• lll777 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for verified accounts. Actual transfer times depend on the Player's payment provider.
• First-time withdrawals and withdrawals above a set threshold may require KYC document submission before release.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for details.
• lll777 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests and may temporarily hold a withdrawal pending verification without this constituting a breach of these Terms.

lll777 reserves the right to decline or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of these Terms, or if required by applicable Philippine law or regulation. Players will be notified of any withdrawal hold and provided with information on how to resolve it.

lll777 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as the specific terms stated in each individual promotion at the time of offer:

• Bonuses credited to a Player's account are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled in full before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each lll777 promotion only once, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
• lll777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotional terms already accepted by a Player and actively in progress will be honored.
• Bonuses may only be used to wager on games specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• If a Player requests a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirements, any remaining Bonus Balance and winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited.

Each game available on the lll777 Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. By wagering on any lll777 game, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable game rules.

All game results on the lll777 Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by live dealer outcomes for Evolution Gaming (EVO Live) tables. lll777 does not manipulate game outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is accessible within the game information panel.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before placing a wager.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, lll777's system will record the last confirmed game state. If the round was in progress, the outcome will be settled according to the game's technical rules and the result communicated to the Player upon reconnection.
• In cases of a technical malfunction that voids a game round, all wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the Player's account.
• lll777 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where incorrect odds were applied due to a technical fault, or where a bet was placed after the event result was already determined.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lll777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one lll777 account per individual
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported immediately to lll777 Support
• Using the lll777 Platform to launder money or conduct any other activity that violates Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws applicable in the Philippines
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your lll777 account on your behalf
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the lll777 Platform or its software

lll777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PHP deposit caps to control your spending
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform

• Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lll777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical faults, network interruptions, or Platform downtime
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank)
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform

lll777's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits lll777's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted under Philippine law.

lll777 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by the lll777 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering on lll777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations.

lll777 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law. Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy.

lll777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, lll777 will notify registered Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the lll777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes not resolved through direct communication between the Player and lll777 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first contact lll777 Support to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
